These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the GSG Lawyers website and participation in the Firm’s SMS text-messaging program.

The materials on this website are provided for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice concerning a particular legal matter.
Use of this website, submission of a contact form, or communication with the Firm does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is created only through a written agreement signed by the Firm and the client.
Past results do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome in any future matter.
SMS Program Description
Galmor, Stovall & Gilthorpe may send SMS text messages concerning appointment reminders, scheduling, and administrative communications related to an inquiry or, if applicable, an existing legal matter.
SMS messages are not intended for emergencies, formal legal notices, court deadlines, or the transmission of confidential or highly sensitive information.
Consent
You will receive SMS messages only after affirmatively opting in. The SMS checkbox on the website is optional and is not selected by default.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of hiring the Firm or receiving legal services.
By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the telephone number provided and that you are authorized to consent to messages at that number.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies depending on your appointments, inquiry, or communications with the Firm.
Message and data rates may apply according to the terms of your wireless service plan.
Opting Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message. The Firm may send one final message confirming that your opt-out request has been processed.
After opting out, you will not receive additional SMS messages unless you provide consent again.
We will also honor other reasonable requests to discontinue SMS messages.

Wireless Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may be affected by your wireless service, device, coverage, or other circumstances outside the Firm’s control.

Information collected through the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in information and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Telephone Number Changes
If you discontinue or transfer the telephone number used to enroll in the SMS program, please notify the Firm so the number can be removed from our records.
Program Availability
The Firm may modify, suspend, or discontinue the SMS program at any time. We may also update these Terms and Conditions by posting a revised version on this page.
